Privacy Notice

At ReaktorAgents we are committed to transparency, security and your rights. This notice explains what data we process, for what purpose, and how you protect and control it.

1Identity of the Data Controller

poweredbyor.com (operating the ReaktorAgents product, by Reaktor Studios), hereinafter "the Controller," is responsible for the processing of your personal data.

We do not sell, rent or trade your information with third parties.

2Personal data we collect

• Identification and contact: name, email and, where applicable, phone number.
• About your business: trade name, line of business, catalog, and the information and documents you upload to set up your agent.
• Billing and payment: payments are processed through Stripe and Mercado Pago; we do not store your full card details — only transaction references.
• Service usage: conversations handled by your agent, usage metrics and technical records (logs).
• WhatsApp (only if you turn on answering or alerts via WhatsApp): your business's WhatsApp number, the number where you receive alerts, and the messages exchanged through that channel.

3Purposes of processing

Primary (necessary for the service): creating and operating your agent, processing your subscription and charges, providing you with support, and maintaining the security of the platform.

Secondary (optional): improving the product and sending you notices about your account. You may object to the secondary purposes by writing to us, without affecting the service.

4Conversations and your customers' data

Your agent may receive data from the people who contact it (your end customers). With respect to that data, you are the controller and we act as the processor: we process it solely to provide you with the service and in accordance with your instructions. You are responsible for informing your customers and for obtaining their consent where applicable.

5Transfers and processors

To operate, we use providers that process data on our behalf, under confidentiality obligations: artificial intelligence processing (OpenAI), payments (Stripe, Mercado Pago) and infrastructure/email.

With WhatsApp (Meta Platforms, through the WhatsApp Business Platform) there are two different cases:

• Alerts we send you on WhatsApp from our number: Meta acts as a provider on our behalf.
• Your agent answering on your business's WhatsApp number: the WhatsApp Business account is yours, and Meta processes those messages according to your relationship with Meta. We process those messages on your behalf, as processors, so that your agent can reply.

We do not make transfers that require your consent under the law, except those necessary to provide the service or required by a competent authority.

6Security

We apply reasonable technical and administrative measures: encryption in transit (HTTPS), encryption of sensitive credentials, access control, per-client data isolation and audit logs. No system is 100% infallible, but we work to protect your information.

7Your rights (ARCO)

You have the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel or Object to the processing of your data, as well as to revoke your consent. 8Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to sign you in and keep your session secure. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.

9Changes to this notice

We may update this notice. We will publish the current version on this page with its update date; we will communicate relevant changes to you through the contact details we have on file.
